Booking & Visit Terms

Short Notice Requests incur a surcharge of £5.00 for members (requesting <2 weeks ahead) or £10.00 for non-members (requesting <6 weeks ahead).

Twice Daily Visits (Signature, Extended, or Platinum) are required on full days when clients are away.

We can start in the afternoon if clients depart in the morning, and finish in the morning, if clients are returning in the afternoon.

Signature & Extended packages can be mixed & matched.

Both AM & PM visits must be Platinum if selecting that package.

Bank Holiday Weekends (including the Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, as relevant), and the period between Christmas Eve and New Year: Double Rate (apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day, & New Year's Day, which are Triple Rate.
