About Pino’s Pals

Pino’s Pals is a specialist cat care service based in Salfords, East Surrey, providing premium cat visits throughout Redhill, Reigate and Horley.

We understand that cats are not just pets - they are much-loved members of the family with their own personalities, routines, preferences and individual needs. Our aim is to provide calm, compassionate care that allows cats to feel safe and comfortable in their own home while their owners are away.

With years of professional experience in animal care, we are passionate about providing exceptional care for both cats and their owners. We combine professional knowledge, ongoing training and a genuinely personal approach to ensure every cat receives thoughtful, individual attention.

We are Fear Free Certified and use a calm, patient approach to build trust with cats at their own pace. Whether your cat is confident and playful, elderly and needing extra support, or a little more nervous around new people, we take the time to understand what makes them feel comfortable.

We believe cats benefit from more than just having their basic needs met. Alongside feeding and litter care, we provide companionship, enrichment, play, and interaction tailored to each cat’s personality and preferences. We want owners to have complete peace of mind knowing their cats are being cared for by someone who values their wellbeing as much as they do.

Our approach combines the professionalism and knowledge of a qualified animal care provider with the familiarity, trust and friendliness you would expect from someone caring for your pets as if they were our own.

We love getting to know both cats and their humans, and are known for being thorough with care details, thoughtful updates and (according to our clients!) a little bit of our own cheeky sense of humour along the way.

Outside of Pino’s Pals, we enjoy continuing to learn more about animal behaviour and welfare, training in martial arts (Laura achieved her black belt in 2023), keeping active, cooking, exploring new places, gaming and enjoying films when we get some rare downtime. We are also long-term vegans and enjoy discovering new places to eat whenever we get the chance.
